I think one of the reasons they were so willing to give a refund
After I saw my bank statement (enraged), I tried to cancel my "subscription" immediately so as not be charged mysteriously again but to my disappointment, I realised that I couldn't cancel because they couldn't find my name in their database or something ridiculous like that. Seeing this (even more enraged), I sent them a mail. This is the exact mail I sent them.
One day later, which is pretty efficient in my opinion, they replied to my mail with this.
So as you can see, it was pretty straight forward and easy in my case to get my refund which is so lucky. You can email them and I think if whoever the person who is assisting you is nice, you may get your refund. I would say the first thing you should do is drop them a mail and if you're too lazy to go and check it, it's (info@vidzstar.com) I was shocked that they agreed to a refund so easily. I even wrote a mail to thank them and this is the reply I got. I thought it was pretty funny.

I think one of the reasons they were so willing to give a refund is because they received mails from scambook already so they're a bit more wary of complaints. I wrote an entry of scambook too because I was really quite pissed but all is well now.
